You need to do one now called “power” which would include none of these iamges.
that would be an easy image: blank. the viewer’s mind does the rest.
These matters require diligence. It is not impossible, but fraught with difficulty. Mistakes, detours, false leaders … They lie, they lie, they lie … But you learn recognition after a while, or so you hope. One key: if news media grants someone or some group prominence, that person or group is not important, most likely misdirection. Thus should we have seen that Tea Party and Occupy were false fronts. Otherwise, they would have had no coverage. Media is completely corrupt. Ignore them..
So it goes … For instance, the matter of the death of Prince, it all sounds suspicious. They are hammering too hard on the autopsy, that there actually was one, that results will be released … Too much protesting after the Scalia boondoggle. But on our side, all we have is a reported death and cremation, yet another death without a body. Autopsy results then require intense scrutiny, including photographs. Without pictures, gruesome though they may be, we have only words. I’ll bet if I keep digging, pushing, I’ll find things not known and surprising. It will be fun.
you have a lot of triggers for either shutting down your mental faculties, or immediately claiming fakery without compelling evidence.
I suppose that’s a possibility, but “compelling evidence” is a body. Without that, you have to shut down your mental faculties and blindly trust authority. I asked you point-blank if you had seen a Scalia body. You didn’t answer, so I assume you did not either … and yet, I sense you only vaguely suspect (but are afraid to say) that there was foul play. My analysis is a little more nuanced: With out a body, you have no evidence of a death. And all of the nonsense around the Scalia death fits perfectly with them having no body, starting with Judge Cinderella who pronounced him dead of natural causes without leaving her arm chair and a drive by unnamed parties to El Paso for embalming when everything was at hand where they were, including a plane to take him to DC.
If someone can show me Scalia’s body in state, I stand corrected. But in the world of celebrities, spooks, and politics fake deaths are not uncommon. That’s why I assume the Minnesota people are hammering hard that there was an autopsy prior to cremation – they are insisting there was a body. They are protesting too much. Fair enough. I want hard evidence – photos, signatures, and real people behind the signatures. I want real evidence of death. I suppose that means I am losing my mental faculties. Damn, I am so gullible that way.
The thought-cop has arrived, and ticket writing ensues.
Maybe better, the only one who doesn’t trust without verifying.
And you’re too funny, as you stopped by my blog to issue me a stern what-fer, and got your fingers burned.
Do you want a weakness tissue for that eye water you’re passing?
You’re nothing more than a bully thought-cop, Mark. I’m done with you and your bigotry, narrow-minded focus, and self-congratulatory auto fellatio. Life is too short and precious to waste it “debating” with a closed mind.
Pretty sure it’s you, not me.
Honestly, you came in there with steam coming out your ears, got it handed to you, and now I have every defect imaginable. I am narrow minded? Self congratulatory? Auto fellatio? And I have a closed mind. (You hate most in others what you see in yourself?)
Interesting, as I am the one that introduces foreign concepts, and you are the one who automatically, without any examination, tells me I am fully of shit.
Pete did that too today. You guys ought to pick out curtains.
why do you comment here?
Trying to break through the wall.
Why do you comment anywhere?
I don’t comment much anywhere. now you answer the question.
Trying to break through the wall. I thought I said that.
you did but that’s such an idiotic answer I didn’t take it seriously. this isn’t a Pink Floyd album, Mark, and I’m getting real tired of your everything is a hoax one-trick pony show.
if you see a wall it’s because you’re trapped in chapel perilous and I’m afraid you don’t have the ability to escape at this point.
PF’s “Wall” was between musicians and audience, nice metaphor, but he used it in a limited way. Mine is between between propaganda and and reality. Ours is as thorough a system of thought control as has ever existed in history. And people subject to it are the last to know, and usually react violently to the suggestion. If I were to come in here and polish a statue or two, salute an icon, criticize a cherished enemy, you would not care a lick about what I say or how I say it.
I simply spent decades building a foundation on which I was able to venture out and see a bigger world. That was not my plan. That I get sneered at, have my mental health questioned, speaks to you, and not me. Just as I know who is Monty and who is not, I know who I am and what I say, and its affect. I have all my marbles.
Have you ever abandoned a cherished belief? I have. It is painful.
so in your metaphor you are on the side of reality and I am on the side of propaganda because I don’t totally subscribe to your world view that everything is a fake or a hoax, is that what you’re saying? I’m not sure you actually read what is written here, especially now that you have lumped me into the category of moral coward.
Spoken like a true thought-cop.
I did not say you are on the side of propaganda. I spoke generally. You’re actually more removed than most from that game. I usually have little to quarrel with you about. I make it a point to read what is written before I write anything. I usually end up sparring with other commenters, not you. When attacked, viciously as with Talbot, Kailey and JC, I can be ferocious. I leave scars. I search for the weakness and exploit it. And if you actually read what I wrote, you would know that I have not lumped you in the category of moral coward. I have referred, again, only to Talbot in that manner, and because he is afraid to confront me. Is that clear, again?
You like poetry, I like solving mysteries. And we can tell a lot about each other by reading what is written on a screen. It’s not ESP. Remove the names form the words, I can tell who wrote it and how much depth is behind it. So can you.
Please now, let me have the last word, since you have asked that I not comment here anymore. I hate having to leave an accusation unanswered.
sure, you can have the last word, but I’m going to select them since in your old age you appear to have some memory problems:
By the way, Mr. Skink, I have adjusted my opinion of you, and not for the better. I was never sure anyway, but you’ve done some good writing and undergone attack by the usual suspects. You mouthed the words of attack against me by someone whom I have learned to detest, but then backed off in such a manner that the attack was there, but not the responsibility for it. That is both passive-aggressive, and a sign of a moral coward.
Well, it was passive aggressive. You distanced yourself by pretending that you were a mere observer, thereby allowing an attack on me that you did not have to defend, as you could say “hey, him. Not me.” It could be that passive aggressive people don’t get the idea.
Using Koehler to attack me was p/a too. Jesus, Skink, just take a bite of meat, try to avoid the fur. Anyway, dammit, I asked that you not respond so that I could retreat. You do have those tendencies, but overall, are better than most. You’ve got impulses. I’ve never had a problem with you. Just the usual suspects.
I am going try to make “the wall” understandable tomorrow where I write. The wall is real.
But for fun, I have learned that one of the McCartney twins has posed as a caretaker of the McCartney home. For these past decades, hidden in plain sight. It is thrilling to uncover such fakery! It appears to be the man we called “Paul” who was really Mike. Good god the intrigue.,Jesus, if you cannot get begin to pass from illusion into reality, what can I say. He’s just an ordinary bloke. He used to be “Paul.” Now he’s a caretaker. Does that tell you anything?
FWIW — I’ve honestly learned a lot through the years reading the blog posts of Skink, JC and Mark on various topics. Please get back to that y’all.
what I’ve “learned” from Mark recently is climate change is a hoax, mental illness doesn’t exist, AIDS is fake and anyone who deviates the slightest from joining the everything is fake bandwagon is a moral coward. Mark has his own blog and I encourage him to putt more of his efforts into posting there instead of being an obnoxious asshole over here because frankly I’m tired of it.
That’s quite a broad brush. I do think climate change is a hoax, otherwise something would be done about it. We do have real leaders behind the fake ones. I did not say mental illness does not exist. I said most of what we call that is mental pain, a sign that change is needed, not drugs. Unless you’re willing to read the details on the origins of AIDS, your opinion is nothing more than received wisdom. I have identified only one moral coward, Talbot, who is afraid to confront me.
Sure, I’ll leave you alone. But it does bug me that people characterize my views based on short reading, and dismiss them without examination and with contempt. It’s not thoughtful. But then, there ain’t a whole lot of thoughtful people around, are there.
you toss around baseless assumptions pretty easily. you don’t know what I have examined or how much thought I give a topic. I don’t dismiss all your hoax claims, I just don’t see the value in pursuing them in the manner which you do.
Liz, you need to do one of your pictures with Kerry.
“Secretary of State John Kerry and his wife Teresa Heinz have invested millions of U.S. dollars through family trusts in at least 11 offshore tax havens, according to an analysis by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The revelation comes on the heels of the release of the Panama Papers, a treasure trove of 11.5 million legal and financial records documenting how some of the world’s richest and most powerful people have used offshore bank accounts to conceal their wealth and avoid taxes.”

I have to say, readings around these parts and a few others have been among the most amusing exchanges I’ve seen in years. I really do like your artworks, Lizard. I hope you keep them up.
And honestly, if you cannot pick up on the tinniness there, then you might have sat through Cats and thought it was The Wall.
Monty, I invite you and all passive aggressive people to attack me personally on my blog. Bring your best, and bandages.
Meh, the thought-cop wants to pick a fight. Nothing like a bully that wants to retreat to his corner when confronted with others’ opinions of him. Slink away, thought-cop. No tickets to write here tonight.
